You can return or exchange your order within 7 days from the date of delivery (not applicable to final sale items).

Return policy

We accept returns within 7 days of the order being delivered to you.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags.
All final sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping fee, handling charges and paid taxes (customs, VAT) are non-refundable.

Step 1: Please contact Customer Service on our site via the chat portal, indicating that you would like to make a return/exchange. You can also contact us via email lecoven.info@gmail.com
Step 2: After receiving return/exchange instructions from us, pack up the item(s) in their original packaging to be returned/exchanged. Please provide your order ID on the package to make the return/exchange process faster.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we've received your package. Exchange processing time varies depending on our stock.
